| Return Policy |
All returns are subject to review by NetBest
Internet Services. Purchasors must request a MRA (Merchant Return
Authorization) prior to returning an item. MRAs will be processed via Email and
MRA requests should be initiated to
orderdesk@NetBest.com.
Qualified MRA requests will be given a MRA number via Email for validation of
the requested return. Returns in kind will be provided for any product that are
damaged or fail to function as advertised. The purchasor will be responsible for return shipping cost
and NetBest will provide return products at NetBest Internet Services
expense. |

Policy |
Shipping methods and amounts will be defined on
NetBest product pages. NetBest Internet Services will determine the most
cost effective shipping method if not stipulated by the purchasor. |
| Hosting Policies

New hosting accounts may cancel service within 15 days, no
questions asked. A full refund of web hosting fees will be provided.
Other fees for services rendered will not qualify under this refund
policy. |

NetBest's Hosting services are
Month-to-Month Services, No Contracts - Easy Cancellation. You are
responsible for notifying NetBest when you wish to cancel your service. We
suggest phone call (208 667-3566) or an Email to
orderdesk@NetBest.com
with the subject of "Cancel Service" to facilitate the process. Cancellations
are processed on a monthly basis during the monthly billing cycle. If you do
NOT wish to be charged for an upcoming month, you'll need to notify NetBest of
the cancellation of service prior to the First (1st) of that month.
No refunds for the current month will be made when the cancellation is
received after the First (1st) day of the month. |

All hosting fees are payable in advance for the upcoming
month, on a first-of-the-month billing cycle. All payments are due on or
before the First of each month OR within 5 days of the date of the invoice;
whichever is later. Delayed payments will be assessed a $5.00 late
fee. |

Although you may cancel your service at any
time, you remain responsible for any outstanding monies due and payable at the
time of cancellation. |

You are welcome to install CGI applications, with the exception
of ads.cgi or chats. We reserve the right to disable any program or
script that proves to adversely affect normal server operations. |

If your site is cancelled due to policy violations, no refund of
monies will apply. |

This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content
elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or
content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the
internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. In addition any site
selling or promoting Bulk email services is not allowed Examples of
non-acceptable content or links:
- Pirated software
- Hackers programs or archives
- Warez Sites
- Irc Bots
- Mp3
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a
violation of this provision. |

No IRC or IRC bots will be allowed to operate on our servers. |
|
Hosting Clients will be notified in the event that their accounts
are expected to exceed the defined traffic threshold limit. If an
account exceends the product specified limit, the client will be charged for
the usage that exceends the pre-defined limit at the rate of $9.00 per gigabyte
unless otherwise specified in the product description.
NOTE: Any portion of a gigabyte will be rounded to the next
whole GB amount. |

We do not allow bulk unsolicited e-mail (SPAM) to be sent
from our servers. We also prohibit sales and promotion of bulk e-mail software.
Additionally, sending unsolicited mail that references an email address or
domain that is maintained on our server machines is STRICTLY prohibited. We are
the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. |

Note: foreign domain extensions are welcome and we will provide
name-server information as needed to complete foreign registrations, where
applicable. |

Our offer for nearly unlimited traffic is predicated on
the reasonable use of our facilities. The current accepted monthly levels are
defined in the product descriptions. |
